The clinic sites are open (excluding holidays) Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with extended hours till 7:00 p.m. at Morongo on Tuesdays, Soboba on Wednesdays, and San Manuel on Thursdays. Our Barstow site does not have Friday hours.
Same day appointments are primarily available at our Soboba, Morongo, San Manuel, Pechanga, and Torres-Martinez clinic sites Monday through Friday. Anza has Wednesdays available for medical appointments and Fridays for podiatry appointments. Nursing staff at all sites will triage phone calls for scheduling same day appointments with the emphasis being on seeing the more ill patients first. Based on the nursing assessment (who will also discuss the case with the on site provider), the patient in question may be advised to proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room and/or dial “911”. Our clinic sites are not set up for acute cardiac or pulmonary emergencies or post-traumatic assessment and treatment.
The Radiology Department is located at Soboba and offers X-ray services Monday through Friday with (baseline only) Mammography appointments on Wednesdays. If a patient requires MRI or CT scan imaging they will need to be referred outside depending on their insurance coverage. All radiology services at Soboba have been updated to use digital technology and are by appointment only as prescribed by one of our medical staff. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with extended hours till 7:00 p.m. Wednesday night, and early closure on Fridays at 2:00 p.m..
Ultrasound diagnostic services are available at our San Manuel (alternating Wednesdays) and Soboba (alternating Mondays) sites by provider ordered appointments only. Specifically obstetrical, abdominal, pelvic, breast, vascular, renal, and thyroid evaluations are offered. Ultrasound assessments of the heart are referred outside based on the patient’s available insurance coverage.
Laboratory services (collecting blood and urine samples) are available at all sites with the actual testing of these samples primarily done at our Morongo, Soboba, and San Manuel clinics. Some testing is done through Quest Diagnostic Laboratories our outside partner in laboratory evaluation. Limited testing is also available at our Pechanga, Torres-Martinez, and Anza sites. Most lab tests require an order by our medical staff, but on site testing does not require an appointment. Hours of availability follow the same hours of operation for each clinical site.
Other clinical services available include EKGs, pulmonary function studies, nebulizer treatments, hearing tests, immunizations for adults and children, colposcopy for abnormal PAP smears, endometrial biopsies, breast cyst aspiration, flexible sigmoidoscopy, ear lavage for retained wax, pulse-oxymetry, and contraception management including diaphragm fitting and IUD placement.
